Foot Soak Method
Fill your foot basin with warm hot water to a suitable depth that can cover your ankles and calves.
Drop one herbal foot soak bag into the water, stir slightly and steep for 3 to 5 minutes until the herbal nutrients dissolve completely and the water turns amber brown.
Adjust the water temperature to a comfortable warm level, then immerse your feet fully. Soak for 15–25 minutes. Add hot water little by little if the water cools down.
Gently massage your soles and calves during soaking to amplify the relaxing herbal effect.
After soaking, take out the sachet, pat your feet dry with a soft towel, no need to rinse your feet again. Best to soak before sleep for a calming night routine.
Full Body Bath Method
Fill your bathtub with warm bath water of your preferred temperature.
Put 1 to 2 herbal sachets into the bathtub water, squeeze the bag lightly to speed up the release of herbal essence, wait around 5 minutes for the water to blend evenly.
Step into the bath and soak your whole body for 20–30 minutes. You can soak your shoulders, back and legs to enjoy full-body herbal relaxation.
After bathing, remove the used bag, gently towel dry your skin to retain the light herbal aroma on your body.
