How quickly do the masks heat up?

The gentle warmth begins within 30–60 seconds of opening, reaching optimal temperature in about 1–2 minutes. No microwave, batteries, or cords needed – just open, relax, and enjoy up to 30 minutes of soothing heat.

Will the mask stay in place if I move or lie on my side?

No – soft, stretchy ear loops keep the mask secure while you relax.

Is the scent strong?

Not at all – our scent is intentionally light and subtle, designed to soothe without overwhelming. Many scent-sensitive customers love it, and some even say they can barely notice it, allowing them to fully relax.

Can I use them for travel or gifting?

Absolutely. Each mask is individually wrapped for hygiene and portability. They make thoughtful gifts for wellness lovers, travelers, and anyone who could use a moment of relaxation. Bonus: every set includes a reusable satin sleep mask.
